Our President and primary coach/consultant is Joanne Meehl, who has over 20 years of successful experience in career choice and job search consulting. Joanne has the appropriate advanced education, certifications, and real-world experience to help you succeed.

Kelly Oslund, M.A.
Career Consultant
Kelly Oslund is a Career Consultant with Joanne Meehl Career Services. She has years of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting, and was a math teacher before that. Her focus has been Human Resources Management and Employee Relations and Recruiting, both internally and externally in a variety of industries.
In her HR Management role, Kelly developed, implemented and facilitated a Leadership Training Program. During her time as a Recruiter, Kelly assisted clients with resume writing, interviewing skills, career transition and personal development.
Kelly has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and a Master of Arts Degree in Education, and taught eighth grade Mathematics for two years. Kelly has completed the Dale Carnegie Training Effective Communication and Human Relation course and the Leadership Training for Managers Lab Program. She is also in the process of becoming an adjunct Trainer for Dale Carnegie Training in the Effective Communications and Human Relations Program.
Kelly serves on the Regional Leadership Team as an Ambassador for BNI (Business Network International), the world's largest networking organization.
